🔀 Difference between EL300 and EL300 PLUS
The EL300 is available in electromechanical, inverter or touch screen versions. The EL300 PLUS is the top-spec version: touch screen with 18 speeds and integrated inverter as standard, for maximum control and productivity.
⚙️ When to pair it with a mixer
The EL300 PLUS works downstream of the mixer. Pairing it with an ES spiral mixer creates a complete, high-output workflow from dough to finished ball.

Allow a short rest of about 10–20 minutes after mixing, then divide and round. Do not insert already-proofed dough.
